The association operates under legal documents (Declaration, Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws) provided for in the various laws of the State of Washington. In the association, the majority rules based upon the required majorities prescribed in the legal documents and what the majority of the members of the Board of Directors of the Trovitsky Park Owners Association or all the owners want (depending on the issue being decided); you are obligated to accept also.
