As a homeowner in Trovitsky Park you are automatically a member of the Trovitsky Park Owners Association. This is a Washington, non-profit corporation owned by the association of owners of Trovitsky Park and is in charge of operating and maintaining the common facilities and providing common services to its members. As a member, you must pay an assessment to the association for your share of the expenses and have certain rights and obligations.
